Experienced NYC Financial Professional Thomas Mikolasko

A business leader with an extensive background in finance and operations, Thomas Mikolasko played a key role in developing the business plan and structuring the investment for HCB Ventures, LLC, a multi-million-dollar de novo water rights monetization opportunity in Colorado’s Horse Creek Basin. Thomas Mikolasko is currently a real estate professional with Corcoran in New York City, a position that involves managing property transactions in Manhattan neighborhoods, such as the Upper East Side, the East Village and Murray Hill, as well as parts of Long Island and Upstate New York.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Mikolasko has established several successful businesses, ranging from a catering company to a business plan services provider. A few of his past positions include financial consultant for JH Capital, Chief Knowledge Officer at the Metropolitan Partners Group, and Managing Director of HFP Capital Markets.
